To be honest…Absolutely horrible experience. Rooms are dirty, full of ants, without hangers, very bad bathroom, drain is not working (on other side - they have air condition and rooms are big). Hotel staff trying their best but they are absolutely amateurs (they really don’t know what to do). House keeping is very poor, they don’t have even clean towels. Guys from bar came from nowhere..they don’t even know how to make a cocktail (just one guy - boss he was very good). Hotel saying that you can borrow pool towels and beach towels but they don’t have it. Also careful about beach - is rock( but this we knew it - sand beach is 400m by walk). Main point ..Food - horrible. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - they don’t have enough food, food is very low quality and sometimes you have to fight for something. They have just one coffee machine for 100 people. As I told ..everybody here trying their best but they don’t know how to manage hotel. Location - is not so bad, very close to city center (where are all the bars and restaurants) also is very quiet hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the Ramada Ayia Napa Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable with great amenities. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, with a nice poolside bar. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet and dinner. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and attractions. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ayia Napa.

Returned from a week stay (28/5-4/6) on HB as a family of 4 and had a fantastic stay in a superior beachfront room which had a separate section of two single sofa beds for children. Good sized room and bathroom, cleaned and maintained well. Only tiny negative in the room was lack of clothes storage for a family with only two small bedside drawers and whole hanging space but only a few hangers (I bought more) and four shelves by the door. We improvised with using suitcases but there is space for more storage to be provided. HB - was a buffet breakfast but dinner was altered to a menu (due to reduced resident numbers) which whilst still fresh and plentiful we felt restricted especially for the children as this the opportunity to try different local cuisine. The staff (from front of house, bar and restaurant and housekeeping) are amazing and were attentive, polite and friendly and nothing appeared to be too much for them; learning your names quickly for a personal service. Would we recommend and return - in a heartbeat.

It was the perfect hotel for our stay. Clean room, comfortable beds, and kind staff. We had an amazing unobstructed view of the sea from our room, we slept really well through the nights as it s kind of shielded from the mayhem that ayia napa could be. And the Location is perfect. Would definitly recommend for people who go to bed early.

Ramada Hotel was fantastic! Perfect beachfront location with stunning views. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast. Great pool area and direct beach access.
