The place is exceptionally clean. Value for your money. Anastasia at the reception gave us a 10 star service. She went out of her way to accommodate us.
I travelled all the way from Nicosia for a spa treatment that I had booked in advance only to be met with 'your appointment was cancelled since you did not pick up the phone to confirm it the day before'. For personal reasons I could not answer the phone. When you book an appointment it means you book it point blank period. There is nothing in the spa policies that mentions calling to confirm your appointment. (Picture attached). This was also not mentioned in the phone conversation for booking the appointment. Had I not showed up? By all means, CHARGE ME! The confirmation could be done via SMS, email. Not via phone when a lot of people have commitments and cannot answer the phone for X,Y,Z very personal reasons. Absolutely unprofessional, in my opinion.

Fantastic hotel, out of main area, but this suits not be inside the hustle and bustle of city center. Amazing breakfast, as description states superb..... it supersedes this. Great room, pool area and pool, spa very clean and exceptional staff. Highly recommend, 100% already planning to return.

The new menu from Chef Kiriakis truly elevates the culinary experience at Alasia.
His Michelin star experiences unavoidably transfuse in the menu, and offer nothing less than perfect. The vast wine list compliments the food in an unmatched way.
Couldn’t not mention the contribution of the Metr, Mr. Nikitas, who truly elevates the experience with his knowledge on the menu, ingredients of the dishes and recommendations. It wouldn’t be the same without his energy and enjoyment in what he does.
This is really the formula for a great dining experience, it did not disappoint. Will be back soon for sure.

It's been two years that we are coming back to this hotel. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming and pleaseant. We particularly enjoy the service of Nikitas and Robert in the restaurant. Their warmth and attentiveness always make us feel like old friends. Not only do they provide impeccable service, but their passion for ensuring every aspect of our dining experience truly shines through. The Alasia hotel isn't just a place to stay; it's the people making their guests feel special with exceptional service. Big thanks to the team!
