A lovely hotel in the center of Nicosia. It has very spacious rooms and cleaning happens everyday.
It has lovely lunch and breakfast buffets.
2 dozen kids screaming at the pool splashing a ball around. If you’re into that then this is a great place. Considering that the pool area is the only amenity for the guests it is unfathomable for the hotel to have such lax pool rules. Not a relaxing environment. I don’t recommend.
UPDATE:
I made the mistake of coming back to this hotel after management responded to my comments (see below). Twice as many kids yelling because apparently there’s a birthday party. This is not a hotel to relax or enjoy the pool. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The place was nice and clean but the guy that worked there was a bit rude. Although my experience was pretty nice the pool was pretty good and clean I will definitely come again and hope that the stuff is more helpful.💗

It’s central, it’s old style hotel, typical Cypriot …pool is there yes, nothing much if you just want a place to sleep oke, otherwise stay away I should say …5.30 pm all the beds at the pool were gone …pool closes at 6pm not friendly at all …

Hotel is fine. Basic rooms (hardly four star) in a good location near the old town.
What irked me slightly was the feeling of being an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. I went to check out on the final morning of my stay to be informed my the otherwise monosyllabic gentleman at the counter that I ‘owed him nothing’. This seemed hard to fault as a statement of fact, but it might have been nice had he enquired as to my well being, or indeed whether I’d enjoyed a pleasant stay.
I asked whether I could leave my luggage, whereupon he opened the door to his office and stood by it, watching me struggle to move three bags and a child car seat.
The same thing happened a few hours later on my return. I asked to retrieve my luggage, and a different receptionist (who appeared otherwise unoccupied) nodded towards the door.
‘Don’t worry,’ I said, bent double under my luggage, ‘I don’t need any help’. But the irony seemed lost.
Thankfully I’ve had a better experience of Cypriot hospitality at the other establishments I’ve stayed at since.
