Hotel is in a great location, rooms are good but would be better with a large bed in the bedroom, 2 beds together in main room kept sliding apart, self catering facilities in your room allow you to have stuff for the kids on a night time.
Food, good choice and something for everyone, kids loved the pool snack bar during the day. Also the restaurants you have access to on your stay are brilliant, cannot recommend the Greek and Brazilian enough.
Staff, unbelievable. Went out of there way to make you feel comfortable and help out as much as they could, special mention to Susie on the pool bar, Olivia and the kids loved you, great attitude and energy!
Will definitely be coming back

So far so good. This hotel was one of the cheapest options on tui as we didn't have a lot of money to spend. For us, this seems like an upmarket hotel. I really enjoy it.
It's still pre season here but getting busier each day. Kids seem to love the water slides etc. I am loving the adult pool and bar. I love the sun beds being allocated. Means I haven't got to be up at the crack of dawn for a bed and always know where you're at.
Food is good, drink is good... Literally no complaints from me so far!
Staff have been helpful as well, especially the guy who allocated sun beds and the lifeguards as I had an accident and they couldn't do enough for me.

Five out of five all round for this place. We stayed for a week and had no complaints! Great location a five minute walk from the Protaras strip and about a 45 minute transfer from Larnica airport (we got a local taxi both ways which cost 75 euros each way).
The all inclusive was brilliant with premium spirits and they were not shy with the measures. Staff on the bars were really good too.
The food in the buffet was good and the options changed daily so it didn't become samey (with some standard stuff like fresh salads which were always available). They also had some dine out options which included the local steak house (which had a small surcharge of about 8 euros a person) and a pan Asian which was delicious.
One thing that made it really good was the allocated sunbeds. On the first day we got allocated two sunbeds (there were three of us but they provided a beanbag for out seven year old daughter). We kept the sunbeds for the whole holiday which meant no getting up at 6am to put out towels etc!
Kids disco and live entertainment every evening also. Also the pool was great and the waterpark made for lots to do around the pool.
If I had one quibble it would be the lack of inside space. On the one day it did rain it was very busy on the reception bar and also if the place was full it was difficult to get a seat.
We are already looking at booking again next year!

Honestly I absolutely loved this place and couldn't fault it if I had to. It's around a 6 minute walk from the beach and it's the most kid friendly place ever! I have been all inclusive once in my life and this was an absolutely amazing place to go all in.
One thing I would like to say is that the towel man who's name I believe is Sahas is probably the most hardworking, happiest and lovely man you will ever meet. One thing is that they allocate sunbeds for the entire holiday and when people are unhappy this man deals with it in the nicest way possible! He always makes sure you are happy and never lets you down. His fave brightened up my holiday and I was amazed at his passion! All together and absolutely amazing place and would completely recommend

Wow what can I say… if I could give 100 stars I would…. If you have kids under 10 then stop researching now… this place is amazing… Tracey on reception just gets it, and told us everything men need to know… a very friendly welcome after a loooong journey.
We were very early 4 hour before check in but we were still warmly welcomed and found a nice spot by the pool and had a drink in our hand and a smile of our face in a flash.
Our family from (and the whole hotel) is spotless. Bunk beds, single bed and a double for our family of 5. Feels like it’s a brand new room!
From reception, bar staff, restaurant staff to housekeeping everyone is super friendly and everyone makes you feel so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble.
This is our first all inclusive and after reading stories about “house drinks only” forget it.. plenty of choice with all your favourite drinks… beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks… drink one at the bar and take one with you? Sure… go for it. Food is also on tap… if you miss the breakfast, lunch or dinner slots then the bar serves salads, hotdogs, burgers etc. basically you can drink and eat as much as you like, and it’s quality.
The pools and water slides are great… we are early in the season and plenty of space on the sun beds. Beach is about 10 minutes walk away, down the hill, cross the main strip and down the steps and you’re there. Crystal clear water, toilets, showers. What more can you ask for.
I’m already thinking about our next trip.
Kids want to live here, me too!!!!!
Only suggest would be to start the evening entry a little earlier so the kids can enjoy too maybe nearer 7pm??
