High-tech modern rooms with state of the art facilities. Loved it and would stay again.
PROS
-high tech rooms with plugs and buttons everywhere (e.g bathroom has a night light which is dark and blue)
-beautiful view on pool/sea
-proximity to beautiful beach
-safe parking including some spots that are covered and protected from the sun
-great breakfast buffet and location, providing to all types (just missing some dips like houmous)
-away from the busy/loud Ayia Napa nightlife but close enough if you want to go to

-not enough lifts
-only one pool which gets very crowded
-tennis equipment needs replacing
-small gym made for amateurs, no serious weights
Also worth mentioning it was mostly attended by Brits, Serbians and Russians.

Very good hotel at a great location, adjacent to the famous Nissi beach! New hotel and many facilities for a 5 star hotel. Great food mostly that distinguishes it from other hotels.

The location is the best of the best, a pearl on Nissi beach. The staff is kind and helpful, the breakfast is delicious, the room is spacious and equipped with everything you need. NissiBlu is the best option in terms of location and price quality ratio.

Very good hotel and definitely recommend it. I have to give kudos to the hotel for making such an excellent choice with the stuff in general but I have to highlight Mr. Christos the head barman. He made us feel extremely welcomed and the services he provided to us were nothing less than impeccable. I wish we could meet him at every hotel we’ve visited, he is the reason the review is 5 stars and not 4.
Booked a Deluxe double sea-view room for two nights, early May, for 266€ per night. The room had a great sea view from the fifth floor. The hotel was recently renovated and is well-maintained. Breakfast is generous, tasty, and offers a variety of local products, which is great. Guests can order all sorts of eggs cooked on demand, including poached eggs and omelettes. Nissi beach can easily be accessed from the pool area. The gardens are impeccably maintained, and parking spots offer abundant shade under solar panels. The cigar lounge, in addition to offering great views of Nissi beach, provides a great selection of cigars at decent prices. The bar supervisor was also very knowledgeable about cigars, offering valuable advice.
Although the hotel is nice overall, the experience is by no means a five-star one. Bed linens and towels are a bit worn (with hanging threads, etc.) and have stains. The beds themselves are firm and narrow for a five-star hotel (probably 160 cm in width). The rooms are missing some extras, such as a coffee machine, and bathrooms only have a basic soap dispenser. For beach towels, clients must go to the pool and present towel cards. The lobby ceiling is full of "fake" Flos IC lamps, which give a cheap vibe to the whole setup. It would have been better to focus on quality instead of quantity when choosing ceiling lamps. Additionally, there are no extra services such as turndown, valet parking, or à la carte breakfast, which would justify a fifth star and the high nightly rate.
