Great Location for both couple and families. Situated just off the center of Ayia Napa is only 5 min walk away from the center and 10 min from the beach. Bars, restaurants, and shops can be found in less than 5 minutes’ walk. Both beach lovers and night life lovers have a place to spoil themselves

The hotel itself is fairly good, located close to sandy beaches and nice restaurants. The staff is also kind and helpful, and they have a good variety in food and reasonable prices.
BUT as Ayia Napa is known as a “party city” many youngsters come here to party.. even if it means in their hotel rooms or the corridors/shared spaces. We could barely get any sleep, as every night there were people shouting, listening to music, smashing the doors, etc. And the staff didn’t seem to care or do anything about the noisy guests. One day we asked for another room in a more quite area, but we got the feedback that they do not have any free room for that night. Not sure if that’s true or they just didn’t want to assist.
Additionally, on our first day we left the “do not disturb” tag on our door because we left some valuables in our room for the time we went to the beach.. nevertheless the cleaning staff went into our room, and took down the “do not disturb” sign.

One million time thanks to all the staff of Tasia Maris Oasis ❤️🫶🏻🙃 my room was ever perfect, the menu ever tasty and changed day by day, prices wonderful and service the best. Most of all I will remember the guys of reception, the manager of restaurant and Georgi in the pool with Daniela. Thanks for all. Hope to see you again soon ❤️❤️❤️

Special mention goes to Nick, who is an excellent bartender. Always attentive and with excellent taste. You won't be disappointed at the poolside bar.

We had the best time at Tasia Maris Oasis. The hotel is clean, modern and airy, rooms are small but nice and completely sufficient. It’s circa 10 minutes walk to the beach.
The staff is probably the nicest we’ve ever met in a hotel. Everyone is always making sure you feel good and that you have everything you need and want. They are always there to help or assist you. If there is a problem it can be solved easily- they definitely made our vacation ten times better and for that we are very grateful 🤍

Perfect location, and the rate is cheap. Breakfast is included, and it's a good breakfast, too.
It is somewhat difficult to take the luggage to the rooms because there is no help, and you have to drag it through over the ramp. If you are a senior, it is very difficult.
Staff is friendly abd rooms are clean.
