Renovated in 2020 to create a delightful blend of a contemporary yet, sophisticated feel, whilst maintaining its ancient Greek architectural beauty. It is the perfect choice for families, as well as individual solo travellers who are just looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday or explore the magnificent island of Cyprus.
Additional facilities include a children’s pool, a large outdoor swimming pool, a poolside bar and dining area, gym, tennis court and a restaurant. There is free parking available, as well as free Wi-Fi Internet in all rooms and public areas.
The hotel is ideally located in a peaceful seaside area, a mere 200 meters from the beach and in close vicinity to beach bars, restaurants, cafes and local bars. The hotel is just a 10 minutes drive from the heart of Larnaca, where guests will discover a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, cafés and nightclubs. A small 3 star hotel a few minutes from the sea. The staff is very good and helpful. The food is tasty and very nice. The prices are reasonable. The location of the hotel is very good, near the sea and few minutes away from every service you need. It also has a parking area for the cars and a bus stop next to it.

Quiet location, pools, one for grown ups and one for kids, very good food, drinks and coffee, hospitality, friendly staff, good breakfast. Dinner by the pool, romantic.

Booked my reservation 3 months in advance of my stay. Hotel cancelled my reservation two weeks after making the booking with no explanation, after putting two holds of €153 ( they voided one ) on my card. It has taken me a month to get back €153 through my card company, because the hotel wasn't interested. I had one email from the front desk saying they would look into the situation, nothing since. Highly unprofessional and downright rude.
I live and conduct business in Cyprus, if I treated my customers like this I wouldn't have any.

My stay at the sveltos hotel was so nice and relaxing the food was very nice the bar was good and my room was cleaned to a very high standard every day and the beach was a few minutes walk away i liked this place very much thanks for a super great holiday

Lovely clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Location is away from main tourist area and noise but easy walk to bars and restaurants. Some nearby road repairs and area improvements but this doesn't effect the hotel. Food is good and large portions. Generally a good place to stay when visiting area for few days.

The hotel has 46 rooms. The types of rooms include Superior Double/Twin Inland View Superior Double/Twin Pool View. All rooms include air conditioning, a working desk, flat-screen TV 32″, Wi-Fi (free of charge), satellite channels, safety deposit box, mini fridge and a hairdryer. An extra bed and baby cot are available upon request.
