The Josephine Boutique Hotel is newly built and situated just 50m away from the famous Finikoudes beach of Larnaka. Located on the most popular shopping street in the town, the surrounding area is full of boutiques and restaurants.
Rooms are modern designed, fully air-conditioned having a view from the city centre to sea view. There is a rooftop swimming pool where guests can have their drinks and snacks while looking at the Mediterranean Sea.

The location is great for walking around a d seeing the difference sights.
The hotel is roomy but too large for the design and layout. The small table and two chairs doesn't make sense when half the room is empty around it. The floors are laminate and starting to show more wear and tear. A small couch and coffee table would fit better into the room with a rug under it. Nice enough room but needs work if they want to call it a boutique hotel.

We recently stayed here for a few nights. Its a very nice modern hotel in a great location. Its very near a lot of good restaurants, shops and the beach. The front of house staff are helpful. Our room was a good size with a nice bathroom with a decent over bath shower and plenty of hot water, all kept in very good order by housekeeping. We enjoyed the breakfast as there was a good selection of hot and cold plates and eggs to order, the service was first class with a smile.It was nice to have a decent roof top pool with plenty of very comfortable loungers, some shade and umbrellas.The only couple of points that did not 5 stars, was the WiFi, which we found to be very slow in our room, and there is some noise from the road outside. It did not spoil our visit. we would definitely stay here again.

Clean big rooms. Good reception service, amazing rooftop pool and bar. Only open until 7!! We didn't have breakfast. The location is good, parking is problematic but they provide a spot in the car park for 5 Euro per Day. Price wise ok for Larmaca.... Cyprus just becomes more expensive everywhere

We had a one night stay at the Junior suite. We are overall very pleased. The location is perfect exactly in the center. The room was so comfy and clean. The staff was also nice. We had an issue with the jacuzzi but the staff was quick to help us. The breakfast was alright, could be better. Also the view is nice. Would recommend!!

I think this is a convenient location closer to every restaurant and the marina, shops and it seems quiet.
The only thing I didn't like I was awakened by drunk guys ringing my door bell and insisting knocking my door. I was very afraid and call the receptionist immediately to see if he could do something. I never got any explanation and were never apologetic with the whole situation.
Breakfast was good with a nice sea view.
What I love about this hotel is the balcony and a nice and comfortable bed.The quality of shampoo and amenities and neat cleaning.
