Dis recommendation for the odysseia Hotel Kapetanios in Limassol Dinner at the hotel was very poor, Food was served at dinner that we couldn't eat (mixed meat and milk, etc. in terms of kosher) We went to the reception right after our first dinner at the hotel and asked to change our vacation package from half board to breakfast only We were told by the reception that they contacted Booking and would get a confirmation from them to change the reservation and that they would refund us with the difference. Since then we didn't go to dinner at all at the hotel and in the evening we went to eat in restaurants. After about two days we were told by the reception that the refund is approved and we will see the refund from booking within two weeks at the bank. After about two weeks, we contacted the hotel on the booking app and also by email, but for two months without any response from them! We contacted Booking's customer service and they claim that they are also unable to get hold of the hotel, after two months Booking informed us that they talked to the supervisor at the hotel and she claims that we are lying, and we ate dinner at the hotel all days (8 days), and even the hotel's chef came to offer us alternatives Kosher food for dinner is what was not and was not created I asked Booking to contact the hotel with a request to receive the records of the dinner to see whether we actually ate at the dinners or not, and if we didn't, that they would refund us with the difference because of course the hotel is lying, I was told by the booking supervisor that no matter what happens if the hotel does not approve the refund, they do not return the money no matter what, but as a good gesture they want to give me a refund of 25 euros!! ! It should be noted that the hotel approved the refund when we stayed at the hotel, after checking out and when we left, they denied the case and claimed that we were lying In addition, the baby bed we received was broken, the board of the mattress was completely broken. I contacted the reception and they told me that they had nothing to do with it. It was 8:00 pm and our baby wanted to sleep but her bed was broken! The girl from the spa got us a hard yoga mattres so that our baby could sleep tonight, the next day they changed the bed after fights with the representative at the reception. Do not approach this hotel, horrible staff, horrible food, and horrible service!!! We will never order again through Booking following their denial of the case and especially we will not set foot in this appalling hotel.

This was my first visit to Limassol and my experience with the Hotel was great. I picked it because of its location, as it is across the road from the beach, and very close to the bus station. The old and new port was only 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by bus. Although the hotel is authentic and old with basic amenities (which we expected and were aware of before booking), but that didn't stop it from being an amazing place to stay at! The breakfast was good and with enough varieties for a 3 stars hotel. It was clean tasty and everything was present. Their staff service was awesome! The room was clean and spacious, we were 2 adults with a 10 year old child and it was good enough for us. Balcony spacious as well with good view at the pool. The swimming pool was very clean and fresh and life guards were present all the time. The beds were comfortable and clean, the room smelled good all the time. We had a small issue with the bathroom sink and when were reported it, they made sure to fix it immediately. To be honest I couldn't find a bad comment on the hotel as they made sure all our needs were met from the smallest need such as ordering ice to the room till helping us with were to go and how to use the city's transportation system. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to my friends who are traveling on a budget. Thank you for making our visit memorable and trouble free! :)

The hotel looks beautiful. The rooms look bright and clean with all amenities, although there are not enough electrical sockets within the room. The pool area looks lovely but is on the smaller side. We paid to eat the buffet, the food was delicious but the choice is minimal. I had a massage at the spa. The young lady was lovely, but when I expressed areas I didn't want to be touched, or that I was uncomfortable I was ignored. I spent the remainder of my stay on pain medication. The older lady on reception was very abrupt and impatient but all of the other staff members were happy and pleasant. We placed the 'do not disturb' sign on our door as we did not want our room cleaned each day. I returned early to our room one morning and one of the cleaning staff had turned it around and entered our room. I did ask that she left our room and waited until she had vacated before I would leave myself. Overall there are a few small points that could be improved but the stay was pleasant.

The hotel is nice owersll The location is superb - 2 minutes walk to the beach, 5-7 minutes drive from marina and center. The room had signs of wear and tear, but all essentials were at our disposal, so overall impression is OK The breakfast is typical buffet - eggs, veggies, fruits, bread, cheese. Coffee is descent. Good value for money.

Whilst the public areas of the hotel were generally very pleasant, our room on the 5th floor was very tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. The beds were not particularly comfortable. The food was very variable, but most concerning for me was the seeming lack of understanding of allergy requirements. With the exception of one lady at breakfast, staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. On the plus side, the hotel was only a short walk from the beach and fortunately we were only there for one night.
