Amazing staff lovely food and service. We've been treated to a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for both our Wedding Anniversary and my birthday. Reading some of the reviews on here I was nervous. Shouldn't have been by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Entertainment for the whole family most nights bar Sundays. Not 4 stars; very dated with poor service. The door to the adjourning room did not lock and when we phoned reception, she was unhelpful and came across as dismissive. Told us the hotel was 80% full so nothing could be done until the morning. The fridge and the air conditioning did not work, so we sweated all night. We spoke to the guest relations manager the next day and she was great. We got a room change the next day which was better because the air conditioning and fridge worked although drinks did not get very cold. The bathroom light didn't work properly. It kept flickering and by day 2 didn't work at all. Tried to call reception but there was no phone number or labelled button, so I had to walk down to ask for the light to be fixed. Labelling the phone would be better. This is by far the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed at. Do not book and pay more to stay elsewhere. I think you can judge a hotel by whether you get a big clunky key on a keyring or a plastic key card. You can guess what you'll get here.

Great staff real help full. Rooms were tidy and being young men we were felt like our mums where with us brand new trowel every day. New soap every day it was like home. Great service highly recommended.

The hotel is quite tired, it would have been glorious in the early 2000s. But it is clean and there is a lovely swimming pool. It is a great location and near to the beach. The staff are lovely here. It is a great place for families as the team are very cute and friendly with little ones. They are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. There is a good selection of food at each meal time - a nice selection of salads and vegetable options.

Chet is a legend. He went out of his way to remember what drinks we order. When he sees us coming towards the bar, he has the drinks ready. He always had a smile on his face and was really nice. Entertainment team was fantastic. Rooms were clean and always taken care of. Always a different selection of delicious food in the restaurant. Maintenance staff are constantly working and everyone went out of their way to make it a pleasurable experience. Would highly recommend.
