Awful place. Restaurant wasn't operating on arrival due to issues with equipment. Given a towel which appeared to have blood stains on it. Asked for another and got a small hand towel as a replacement. Would avoid at all costs. I'd rather sleep on the street next time

The room was ok, although there wasn’t hot water for shower… Breakfast was ok for the price and overall the service was good.
One incident that really shocked me though during breakfast was that even though there were still people sitting and having their breakfast and time literally went 10:05 (breakfast finishes at 10:00) I went to grab a cup of coffee and there was this waiter who was so rude telling me that “We are very strict with the times” and he shut off the coffee maker. Then he realized he was so rude and told me “If it’s for a coffee fine” I made my coffee but never had it, my mood was ruined. It’s just sad for one person to downgrade the business.

The rooms are clean all day long because of the great housekeeping. The stuff is more polite that you could have imagined and very helpful with every question you have. They provided us with precise guidance and useful information about where we can eat and overall enjoy our selves. The location is 4 minutes by the sea by car. We stayed there for a week and we found anything we needed in a radius of 2-5 km.

We have been here a week so far and yes we had a few little issues but as soon as the young lady on reception found out she was very upset to learn and has gone out of her way to help us sort the issues.
First was Internet, it was great when hotel was quiet but because there is no security on it anyone can connect which makes signal weaker and now I have Internet back I'm the room after talking to reception. Which is very important when away from home.
Food in the hotel is plenty full with a full continental choice.
They have an outside pool and kids pool which gets very busy as it's a family run hotel and they open their pool to locals so hard sometimes to sit and relax by or in it. Maybe as a suggestion this should be restricted times so hotel guests feel comfortable to use the pool.
Cleaning staff are great always busy, keep the rooms lovely and a friendly welcome when u see them.
Bar staff are also the waiting staff at meal times so u do have to have patience as only one staff on.
Reception staff I now believe to be the runners of this hotel, they will sort out any issues you have and as I found out yesterday care the most.
So overall its a budget friendly hotel, its 20 min walk from beach, taxi to main tourist area ranges from 8.00 to 10.00 depending on times.
We still have another week to go and now I'm happy I can relax better.
I will come back thanks to reception staff so thank you.
