Here currently 11th - 18th may. Apparently Under the new ownership, we can't fault it. Got in late the first night due to flights and the ladies on reception were great. Handled everything quickly, professionally and had sandwiches and water ready for us. The rooms are basic but that's all you need. Somewhere to sleep, somewhere to shower and somewhere to get out of the heat. We had an issue with the shower, which was handled almost right away. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels replaced. No bugs seen. The food is your normal hotel fare, varied and good, both in the dining area and the restaurant. Absolutely no complaints. The staff are fantastic, a real addition to the place. Friendly, professional and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Laughing, joking and making our toddler feel welcome and amused. The location is great. Close to the harbour and a short walk from sandy beaches. A ten min walk to the main drag of bars and closer to shops, the fair ground and other entertainment. We would gladly stay here again.

We just checked in today, the place is fully renovated. Amazing food, lovely staff and clean rooms, the location is also very good. Best regards EASYBOOKCY

AC was broken, they replaced it on the 4th day of our stay. Even though they kept lying during those days saying that it's working fine. They came to replace it without prior notice, took them couple of hours! Rooms are dirty... full of flies and ants Bathroom sink leaks, no one bothered to fix it. They replace towels only if you ask. And when you ask, it takes hours to get them. Food is below average Staff isn't friendly.

We stayed here at the end of August. Five families with kids ages from 2 to 12. All rooms are located in two-story buildings. The rooms are pretty big and comfortable for a family of five. But it seems that the furniture and equipment have seen better days. The food at the main dining room is the same everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner with no variety. After the third day we just went outside to eat at one of the many restaurants on the main Street across the hotel.

Panthea holiday village and the staff deserve this review. We had a wonderful time here,started with lovely and welcoming check in by Georgia,the front desk manager,and her nice staff. In my opinion the village is lovely and comfortable,rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Pool area is lovely,and even when the hotel was full,we didnt feel crowded. Highlight was the water park,lots to do with the children and for adults,clean,comfortable,fun,no long lines,and its right there! Food is basic,but fresh and wide selection and variety for kids and adults. Over all,cant wait for my next vacation there! Hope you will enjoy as much as we did.
