First day here and I am literally dreading spending one more minute here. The staff are rude ams unhelpful. The room is very basic with a huge chunk missing from the bath badly repaired rather than replaced
The hotel is dated tired and dirty. The food ans drinks are disgusting. This is the first all inclusive I'll go home from having lost weight! Bot recommended at all, AVOID AT ALL COST
UPDATE DAY 3
Belinda from guest relations found me today after lunch, she was proactive and took responsibility in addressing my concerns. Upon arrival back to my room I have 3 themed evenings booked and the promise of an upgraded room tomorrow. Whilst a lot of the appearance of the hotel is I guess out of the hands of the staff on the floor. I am very impressed with their readiness to address my concerns and improve my stay.
UPDATE DAY 6
The upgraded room is really light and bright which is what I wanted, bathroom a bit bigger and the shower massively better! Went to the Italian last night, literally a 3 minute walk off site, service was excellent and the food was delicious. Special shout out to Michealis our waiter who was exceptionally attentive.
UPDATE DAY 8
Lunch today same as wvwry other day only everyone now realises the only edible thing is pizza so there was none left. The chicken was under cooked and literally one mouthfuls and it's pink and uncooked. Then the absolutel finish for me there was an insect INSIDE my food, bot just landed on it had been baked inside the food. Totally disgusting. I actually feel sick and when i tols a member of restaurant staff she dismissively waves ne off to see the chef, how do i know who the chef is and im not about to enter the kitchen!. The adult pool has a layer of green grime around the edge at water level i can't imagine the last time it was cleaned. The staff are rude and unhelpful. I knew my gut instinct was right this hotel is awful. Avoid definitely not recommended
Day 7
Bread and salad for lunch the only safe way to try and make sure I don't have insects baked into my food that I can't see. And last night.....an ironing room with a steam iron that has no water in it and no means to fill it, utterly ludicrous!!!!
The hotel itself was very average, as was the food, it was definitely very far from a 4* experience that I’ve had before. The hotel had a lot of cats, so if you have a phobia; do avoid.
The Room was very basic, it was old and there was mould in some places. It was frustrating that the room service was not reliable or available, some days it was great and some days it didn’t happen at all. We asked at reception and did not get a suitable response.
The food itself was mass cooked, very fatty and oily, however sometimes there was something decent. The salad bar was great. But most days the food was consistent.
Location wise was great, one bus which was just a 5min walk away and great access to town or the beach.
Overall my experience I would say it was adequate, based on service, food and room I would rate it 2/5. Positives I would say the location was good. I wouldn’t come back again.
Lovely stay at this hotel. We weren’t expecting much for the price we paid but were pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent, staff were very friendly and hotel was very clean and well kept. Lots of activities for the kids also. Highly recommend

Hi guys I have to give a
honest review of this hotel first time I stopped here was it was absolutely amazing couldn't faulty in any way shape or form second time there was a few issues that I had to bring up with reception which never got dealt with smoking in front of children by the small pool families that were aggressive to other families children that were unruly an aggressive also it was that hot some of the activities around small pool we're not working on most days and some of the young members of staff that work in the restaurant we're very inappropriate trying on with some of the young girls exchanging personal information between each other which I found inappropriate for a member of staff to be doing this on the positive guys the entertainment staff are absolutely out of this world they can't do enough for you the bar staff are absolutely amazing and get to know you extremely well overall this hotel could do with some serious improvements and better signing as you could not get a sunbed due to the fact that people were putting towels down at 6:45 in the morning even though the hotel has a role saying 7:30 this was not been abided by and the hotel were doing nothing about it also there is no lifeguards round the baby pole to keep an eye on some of the children running up and down the slides most occasions there was no water running down the side so the slide was quite dangerous and hot there is no mats by the side of the baby pool makes extremely dangerous and kids were falling over and bashing their head

We came here for the Easter weekend with HotelBreaks4u. It was very good value for money and there was a varied, delicious menu at each meal. We particularly liked the soup served at lunch and dinner. No two meals had the same soup. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean. We will definitely return.
