Arrived after 10pm . The night porter gave us a sandwich and pointed us in the right direction to our room. Whatever happened to a porter escort carrying your luggage? Our apartment was up a steep flight of steps, which we couldn't quite manage, so asked to be moved to a ground floor. Request granted without any problem. Couldn't fault this hotel, apart from being charged for water, which being A/I I expected it to be all in. Next to no entertainment but it is late season. Food could have been warmer but a very good selection. A few minutes walk to the lovely beach but a taxi ride to Ayai Napa.
I would return.

The location was perfect if you're looking to be close to beautiful beaches, but it's further out if you want to go to restaurants/bars - about 25min drive to Ayia Napa by bus which you can take from just outside the hotel. The food was average, but the service was good. Rooms are basic and need updating. Cleaners weren't good as our bathroom wasn't cleaned even once during the whole week, just had bins taken out and supplies stocked. The pool was nice and big, which is what gives the hotel a higher rating. Overall, we had a lovely time but won't be returning to this place as I don't think it is worth the money.

Location is very good, nice beach just across the road and more beaches in close distance. The hotel looks good from the outside. The rooms are located in nice small blocks. The area is not overcrowded, and it is not a problem to find a sunlounge by the pool. But that's all the positives I can talk about the Hotel.
There was 4 of us staying at the Hotel, they give us some kind of camp-bed that the boards under the bed were disconnected, and few were missing, after we called the service, they connected the boards properly but never replaced the missing once, they also put the bed so close to the power socket that we had to move it away because we were afraid the our son might get electrocuted! The bathroom had missing hooks for the towels, so we had to hang them in the room's doors, doorknobs etc. Also (my personal preferences) I hate the shower curtain, I don't think this is very hygienic.
Airconditioning looks like falling apart, taped to keep in one piece and can't really change the temperature.
The blanket, that were left in the wardrobe was stunk as vomit! Once, they clean our room with some stinky mop, when we came back from the swimming pool, we had to use one of the towels to clean it again because the whole bathroom stank!
Swimming pool is great, but they never closed it in the evenings for cleaning. Twice, a child pooped in the pool and instead of close it and clean it, they put separation tape in small part of the pool (see picture) and asked everyone to stay behind it while they drop some chemicals to the pool!!
There is a gym that has 2 multi gyms but one of them is useless as there is no weight for it (plates).
The food was good for the first few days (there wasn't much choice, but it was tasty) unfortunately after those few days there was even less choice, and the standard dropped.
Owners don't really care about the reviews, even some staff mention that they reported some issues, but they never solve it. Wi-Fi very poor, the farer away from the reception area the weaker signal it is, in our room which was in the first block by the reception area we didn't have signal.
After one week in Tsokkos Paradise Village hotel, I was glad to be at home. The hotel looks good from the outside. The rooms are located in nice small houses. The area is not overcrowded. It is not a problem to find a sunbed by the pool. That's about all the positives that come to mind after a week spent in this hotel. CONS: you don't get the bottled water on room, not a pleasant looking staff, outdated room furnishings, insufficient room cleaning, but the worst was the food. I do not remember that I would have experienced worse food than at this hotel. For example, the grilled chicken breasts were completely dried out and old and could not even be cut with a knife. The only thing that was tasty about the food were Greek yogurts and oranges.

For each recommendation. The hotel is in a good location, right across the street is Landa beach, which in my opinion is the most beautiful, and other beaches are also close by. The food is excellent, there is a choice, it is delicious. The accommodation is clean and tidy. Friendly, professional staff. I would always be happy to come back. 💯
