It was good. Only complaint we had was kids club. Was told that the English speaking entertainer was only for the polish kids, the international lady spoke very poor English and.had no knowledge of autism. Granddaughter was left in the room unoccupied whilst she went to bar to get drinks. Do not use kids club

This was a family holiday for 6 of us and there isn't much negative I could say. The atmosphere, the staff, the food was all amazing. My daughter loved the pool up the top and by the end of our stay was doing g the big slides too. My only negative about the pools is you can't swim in the slide pool which I understand, however there is no gradual access to the other pool, meaning my mum and stepdad (due to mobility) were unable to actually swim. After speaking with management they were allowed to cool off in the slide pool but no swimming. The food selection was varied and all very tasty for an all inclusive resort. My daughter was pleased there s a section labelled for kids. Housekeeping was hit and miss, we complained to reception because for 2 days they never even came into our rooms and as you cannot flush tissue down the toilet and we have a 12 week old baby this wasn't good enough. Once spoke to reception they will apologetic and ensured to do our room every day after this. Callum works hard and long hours and sometimes I felt sorry for him as he is up against it all the time. I feel more of an entertainment team would make this resort the perfect place to be. Thank you

Just got back from the most amazing holiday here at Narcissos Waterpark hotel! Food and service was amazing throughout with a different theme every night! All staff from reception to bar staff were all lovely and helpful … And Callum on the entertainment team was absolutely great! He made our holiday great fun for us and the kids! Green Bay beach a short walk away with shops and bakery’s close by! Would 100% recommend!

1.2M height to use the water slides so if you are booking this for you child be aware of this. Staff very friendly and helpful. 3 beaches within 10 -15 walk. The entertainment could be bigger than a shed next to the hotel. However my children rated this review and they would give it 10 stars if they could, a very memorable holiday 😀

Decent hotel, food was fresh everyday. It did get a bit repetitive but that's all inclusive for you. We went in August, it was too hot 🥵 40+°c. The staff were friendly and helpful except for regulating the sun loungers. One group hogged a section for a few days. Another patron removed their towels in the night which caused a bit of a scene the next day. The hotel should have followed its own policy there. The local town was good with food restaurants and things to do. The hotel had a decent waterpark on site, the bar up there served the best beer. The poolside snacks were good also. A nice clean hotel. Our room was good but our view was naff. There were some rooms with exceptional views though. Lots of wild cats which didn't appear to have fleas all the kids on the resort played with them and no flea bites. The pirate ship tour was fantastic! A proper good cheesy laugh with ok food and fantastic cocktails. A great family holiday.
