From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was fantastic, and it was a great selection of freshly prepared dishes. Rooms spotlessly clean and well laid out, Hotel facilities are excellent.

I cant express enough how amazing this place is the staff go above and beyond and treat you like family ❤️ we stayed here for a week and started in the room with balcony and did two nights in the swim up rooms. The location is amazing and beautiful with local wildlife all around far away enough from the strip but also close enough if you do want to walk in to town. If you want to see the turtles 🐢 stay here! We could walk to local beach in 5 / 10 mins and saw turtles while snorkeling, just look to where the boats are! It's so shallow that you can walk most of the way out so you don't need to be a strong swimmers. 10/10 best holiday ever!

Rather dated and tired . Decor is need of refreshing you'd think it would have been done before the start of the season! We had a swim up room but pool had a lot of green mould in it. We brought this to the hotel's attention but nothing was done. Food very samey but relatively good. Area not brilliant for walking around , not much to see or do on foot at all.

We spent a week at the Hotel Castelli in May. The hotel is in Agios Sostis, a quiet place with no party scene. If you are interested in the nightlife, it is not far to the next town, Laganas. To get to the sea, you can walk to the beach in Laganas or to the harbor in Agios Sostis, both of which are within easy walking distance. For people with limited mobility, the walk to the harbor is a bit harder. The hotel itself offers various activities; attached is a photo of the current plan. I would particularly like to mention the extremely friendly staff. Unfortunately, I can't remember everyone's name, but everyone in this hotel is so friendly and familiar. I enjoyed the conversations with Mr. Spiros every day, with the lovely Blanca in the restaurant, with Irene and Elena, the German-speaking Lady, with Christopher who remembers every detail and the man who is there in the night and early morning. And everyone in the restaurant, from the cleaning staff to the entertainment Staffel and All other people deserves a big thank you too. I have mobilty problems that I didn't mention while the booking. When I checked in, one of the ladies noticed and my room was immediately swapped for a room on the ground floor, so I don't have to use the staircase. They also help with any other requests at any time. Let's talk about the food. The hotel offers full board including drinks. We don't drink alcohol, so we can't rate it. The soft drinks and cocktails were good. The food was very tasty. Every evening a dish was freshly cooked by Blanca, such as fried eggplant or flatbread. Otherwise there was a good mix of vegetarian dishes, Greek and European food. There were also local specialties like honey with honeycomb, which I loved very much. The best honey I have ever eaten. My only criticism is the plastic containers for dessert. I'm not sure if they are reused or only used once. This could perhaps be changed to reusable cups in the future. We found the hotel very environmentally friendly. When you arrive, you only get one water bottle that you can refill over and over again, and a jute bag to avoid plastic bags. The other reviews that the bathrooms are very small are correct. When you shower, everything quickly gets flooded. But it's not a problem to get extra towels for the floor, so it's not really a point of criticism. Even if I think hard, I can't think of anything negative that could be said about the hotel. I can recommend it 110%. It was just perfect, we would come back anytime and are sad to leave.
