Great hotel, the service was amazing the only place in the whole of Cyprus that had lovely people. Huge shout out to Andy in the restaurant, you are amazing and we all looked forward to seeing you every morning and having a laugh and a chat. I loved the facilities and the fact that it was on the beach front. It was nice that it had its own beach. My only critic was that you had single beds, if your a couple why would you want to sleep away from your partner? You advertise double beds but you don’t have them. Also the phone lines in the room didn’t work but not a big deal. Beautiful views. Beautiful time. So clean, the housekeeping were lovely.

The hotel staff were lovely and the rooms were nice. Food was amazing and healthy in all inclusive option. However the beach wasn't great, the sand quite dirty, the chairs a bit dirty.... muddy on the grass where everyone was walking and a yellow ring around the swimming pool. Overall it was OK as we only stayed there because we had an early morning flight....but definitely wouldn't have my actual holiday here.

The most friendly ambience I have ever experienced. Amazing staff, loving and professional. The service there is amazing, rooms are really good.. and serves the purpose. Location of the hotel is amazing and gives the “home-like feeling” and a relaxing place to be at.. we went 2 times and planning the third visit soon 😊 my son feels he’s home, thanks to the warm welcome we receive from the staff. we simply love the place.

In this hotel there is a total lack of understanding on how the hospitality business is supposed to work. The hotel is old, AC is super loud and the rooms are very small. Water pressure in the shower is very poor. No place to hang a towel. The curtains that are supposed to block the sunlight in the morning are full of holes so you wake up at sunrise. We reserved a family room and realized when we got there that they just took a couples room and added 2 beds so the room is very crowded. We were 4 and they only provided 3 blankets. We called reception and asked for one more just for them to take it away the next day. This happens every day. It’s like they want to make their guests miserable. On one evening there was a wedding held at the hotel. The closed the pool and the restaurant for paying guests and asked us to go up to our rooms. You have to pay for drinks if you stay on a half board or full board basis. Drinks are expensive (minimum 3€ for water, 10€ for tea!) Kids club - expect nothing. The teenage girl that is supposed to be a guide is bored out of her mind and doesn’t even bother to pay any attention to kids or their parents. There is nothing for kids to do here, no playground or water slides like the hotel next door. The sun beds at the pool and the beach are full of stains and mold 🤢 Over all the hotel is not clean, not the rooms and not the shared locations. Don’t book here, the crew is rude and your money has better value elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel, good location, the staff were very polite, welcoming, and the attendant. A minor remark, during dinner there should be a huge sign by the coffee machines mentioning loud and clear that the coffee is extra charge unless you're part of the all inclusive program. Don't try to make the guests pay €5 for espresso if you cannot manage it.
