St. George Beach Hotel & Spa Resort in is superbly situated directly on the beach of Chloraka within 6 km from the centre of Paphos and 7 km from the Medieval castle, the famous picturesque harbor, and the ancient mosaics.

Our stay overall was good, but we expected a lot more from this hotel. When we first arrived and checked in, we were very disappointed with the rooms. The beds were two singles put together with a larger mattress topper on top which created a slope in the bed. The bathroom did not smell nice and the smell would only clear after a shower but come back when the shower wasn't being used.
The AC unit was very old and very loud. Which forced us to sleep with earplugs in. The room temp didn't drop below 23 degrees even when set to 18. We actually overheard another couple complain and the staff said they would need to override it as its set to not go below a certain temp. Which made the room warm and very hard to cool.
All sunbeds are allocated for you. The lifeguard walks you to a sunbed which in our case wasn't around the pool and was told we could request to change and we would be notified when beds become available around the pool. We was told 5 days into our holiday that we could move to beds around the pool but they are heavily shaded until late afternoon. This allocation left a lot of sunbeds around the pool free when people were not using them or went out for the day.
However, the food was good. especially the restaurants you could book. The cocktail menu was good and never had a problem getting a drink with many different stations located around the resort.
Location was very good located on the beach with restaurants and public transport on the main round, 2 min walk away.
I wouldn't go back to this hotel or recommend to friends or family. Also, wouldn't say it was a 4 star hotel stay.

Just had a wonderful 10 night stay
Hotel was everything I wished for , rooms were spacious with good sea and pool views, pool bars and snacks were available whenever you wanted.
No need to rush for a sunbed as these are allocated on arrival for the duration of the stay. Good size gym and solarium

Had a fantastic two weeks with friends. Staff were amazing(special mention to Olympia whose wit and service was amazing) . Love the sunbed allocation and the water points. Rooms were lovely and kept clean at all times. Food was good, I actually preferred the buffets more than the restaurants us all dishes at one of them was served with the same sides of ratatouille and potatoes. Would liked to have seen more fresh fish but that’s just my personal preference. Pools were very hot but that’s Cyprus. Swim up bar could be modernised to accommodate better seating. Entertainment was okay but could do with a two week cycle as the same entertainment was same as first week. Overall fantastic place.
Recommendation -please don’t book this fantastic place as I don’t want to miss out on my future bookings.
The hotel is truly amazing! I had an unforgettable 7-day stay and was able to fully relax and recharge completely! Every little detail was taken into consideration for your maximum comfort. All of the outside pools had warm (almost hot) water which unpleasantly surprised me, so I had to use the SPA pool and the beach to keep myself from overheating. The private beach is extremely rocky (no sand) so it’s best to visit it with water shoes.

We have just returned from 7 days here on our honeymoon. We absolutely loved everything about this hotel, the room we had was so clean and the view was of the sea. The towels were replenished everyday, and the bed was made. The hotel staff were very friendly and couldn't of been more helpful. I have a dairy allergy and on day one the lovely receptionist asked the chef to speak to me and then everyday I went for food he or his staff were always on hand to show me what I could eat. There was one particular guy called Nearchos, who we first met in the route 66 restaurant and who was there nearly every single day helping me, always with a smile and always went above and beyond to make sure I had some food. The food was amazing from the first day, plenty to choose from. If you want to use the restaurants though it's always best to book, just ask staff to help you. There isn't a lot to do outside of the hotel but a bus that runs more regularly than back home is just fab! Your airline rep will give you the details, definitely worth getting the day ticket at 6.50 euro.
The only thing we weren't keen on was the heated pools when it was 30 degrees most days, we were on sunbeds near the sea so we just went in there. Sunbeds are allocated on your first day but you can be put on a list if you want a bed by the pool. All in all we give a million stars for the best week in the best place 👌🫶 hopefully we will see you again soon
